FIBERCLOUD LLC™ SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIME

Orders with all items in stock at our main warehouse in Newark, NJ (98-100 Vanderpool St, Newark, NJ 07114) are usually shipped within one business day. Orders containing items sourced from third-party manufacturers may take 3–10 business days to ship.


SHIPPING FEES

Free Local Shipping:

  • New Jersey Local Customers: Free shipping is available only to NJ residents within a 10-mile radius of our main office located at 98-100 Vanderpool St, Newark, NJ 07114. This applies to selected kits only.

Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship only within the United States of America.

Additional Shipping Fees:
Some orders may incur additional shipping fees due to weight or size limitations.

Incorrect Addresses:
Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer may result in delays and additional shipping fees to reship the order.


BLACK FRIDAY SALES (FINAL SALE)

Black Friday Sales will run on:

  • Friday, November 29
  • Saturday, November 30
  • Sunday, November 31
  • Monday, December 30

During this promotional period, all sales are marked as FINAL SALES, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to modify an order prior to shipment, contact our Customer Service team immediately at orders@fibercloudllc.com or call 1(888)718-3787. Be sure to include your order number, correct shipping address, and the requested changes. Changes made after the order has shipped may incur a $13 or higher fee, depending on the modification (e.g., address correction or adding missing details).


PRE-ORDER AND BACKORDER ITEMS

Orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will be held until all items are in stock. To request separate shipments for in-stock and backordered items, contact us at orders@fibercloudllc.com. Additional shipping fees may apply for multiple shipments.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

Final Sales:

  • Certain promotions, special sales days, and seasonal offers, including Black Friday Sales, are marked as final sales, meaning no returns will be accepted.

Standard Returns:
For all other purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items, whether purchased online or in-store. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
